Organic Solid Waste Coordinator at AMLURB, São Paulo City Hall, during the 2013–2016 administration. Specialist in agricultural, food and environmental economics and Senior Consultant at Humusweb in systemic management of organic solid waste and composting.

Flávia Attuch has been an entrepreneur and business owner for 9 years. She runs Pinella (Brasília/DF), the bar that launched the first boycott campaign against single-use glass, because the long-neck bottles it received were not being recycled. Passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability, she is dedicated to improving waste management in the food sector so that effective interventions can be organized and carried out.
